About us

Established in 1994, Gilwern Bowling Club emerged from humble beginnings to become a thriving community hub and top-class lawn bowling facility. Boasting both competitive men’s and women’s teams, we are proud of what we’ve been able to achieve in just 30 years.

Whether you’re new or an experienced bowler, everyone is welcome at the club. Our bowling year starts in April and continues right the way through to September, with our talented Social Committee organising events in the clubhouse all year round.
